All information on the course, from admission to the final examination, for all students interested in enrolling in the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree Course in Law.

Admission requirements

Admission to the degree programme requires a secondary school diploma or other qualification obtained abroad, recognised as equivalent, which therefore constitutes a necessary and essential requirement.

In any case, admission to the programme requires general knowledge, mainly related to awareness of the Italian and European political and legal system and the evolution of cognitive sciences.

Internships and placements

The Degree Programme manages and oversees, with the support of the University Placement Office, the qualifying internships required for the degree programme. Thanks to specific agreements with the Bar Associations of Naples, Nola and Torre Annunziata, students can complete six of the eighteen months of professional internship required to qualify for the bar exam before graduating.

Final examination

The final examination consists of a written thesis, drafted independently by the student under the guidance of a supervisor.

The final examination is worth 14 credits and aims to assess whether the qualifying educational objectives of the course have been achieved.

In particular, in the writing of the thesis and in the public discussion, the student must demonstrate that they have acquired and mastered the various skills and abilities developed during their studies.
