The master of science in Law aims to provide students with a broadly-based juridical education, melting the knowledge of the fundamental elements and the functioning of law orders, giving also the capability to analyze what is the impact that some global dynamics such as digitalization, the telematic corporate evolution and the multinational nature of economy and companies, specially in the innovation sector, are carrying out on them.
After an apprenticeship of 18 months and a qualifying examination you become a lawyer. You can also take part in specific competitions to become a Notary or a high-profile professional in the Public Administration, including the career of Magistrate. In each case the skills acquired allow direct employment in companies as a corporate legal expert or legal consultant.
The academic path aims to give a juridical education that allows graduates to perform the traditional legal activities and also the new professions concerning the legal field, in order to give the opportunity to easily work as a cutting-edge professional figure in innovative contexts.
The study program, in particular, is articulated in only one curriculum in which every year are present courses distinguished by the features described above: during the 5° year the students will follow courses focused on the impact of new technologies on the legal world. The program is made of 30 courses, two certifications (linguistic and law information technology) and a final examination.

The graduate in law science gains fundamentals and advanced knowledge for the comprehension of several legal systems (national, european and international), in individual and comparative analysis.
The acquired knowledge has a multidisciplinary nature: involving the historical, philosophical, economical aspects of positive law both with private and public nature.
The acquired education, also, involves notions about information technology and linguistic skills in at least one foreign language.
The program consists in a series of courses providing the students with all the methodologies and competencies in all the different fields of the juridic system and also of the subjects interacting with it.
In this way the student will know the common and general institutions of law and other specialized knowledge in the corporate and economic field, in the legal aspects of digital innovation, in order to gain proficiency of legal methodology and technique, and the total comprehension of the context in which law science runs.
By the side of the application skills, the program aims at the acquisition of the essential tool-set required to put into practice concepts and legal instruments needed for the performance of the traditional law activities and in all the contexts in which is required a juridical expertise, also about new topics.
The graduate in law science is capable to put into practice the acquired knowledge and competences to study, configure and solve general or specific problems and tasks of juridical nature, starting from the research of the norms regulating the concrete case.
The graduate is also able to write legal texts such as normative, trial, administrative documents, scientific essays and reviews. The acquisition of application skills of the student is mostly provided by courses focused on the study of the different law sectors and it is evaluated by the successful completion of every single exam.
