The Master’s Degree in Marketing and International Management aims at providing students with a proficiency level of education in marketing, international management and innovation, exploiting the opportunities connected to globalization. The course offers different curricula, and students interested to study all in English can choose between the curriculum Innovation and the curriculum Entrepreneurship. Student have also the possibility to obtain a Double Degree.
To be eligible, the student needs the completion of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, and the acquisition of knowledge and skills in management, economics, law, and statistical-mathematical fields. An adequate initial preparation is also required, including the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English, as well as to understand and interpret texts in English, both in written and oral form. Therefore, students are expected to demonstrate a level of English proficiency equivalent to B2, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or an equivalent standard.
In addition to the curricular requirements, for candidates holding a first-level degree obtained abroad, a Committee is appointed to assess the adequacy of their personal preparation. This assessment focuses on verifying basic knowledge in the disciplinary areas of the program, as well as competencies in terms of critical reasoning and logical thinking.
The Master’s degree in Marketing and International Management is a two-year course comprising core, related, and complementary modules, as well as elective modules. To graduate students must pass 12 exams and to discuss a final thesis.
The course is organized by adopting an international perspective and offers four alternative curricula. 
The curricula Innovation and Entrepreneurship are entirely in English.  Students of these two curricula can candidate themselves to obtain a double degree: The Master of Science in Marketing and International Management, and the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Managament, and can participate to the Global Program held by the Sloan School of Management of the MIT in cooperation with the Università Parthenope. Students of the other curricula can instead compete for the Double Degree at the University of Vilnius, one of the best universities in the rapidly growing economies of the Baltic region.

The Master’s Degree provides the skills needed to operate as entrepreneurs, managers and consultants in strategic or digital management and digital marketing areas. Graduates will be also able to work in companies as country and export manager, innovation and projects manager and business developer. The program will prepare specialists capable of interacting, negotiating and managing people from different countries, applying their knowledge and capabilities in international and multicultural environments.
