The program provides the interdisciplinary tools of analysis and the necessary skills to manage and organize human resources and to manage public and private administrations, especially in relation to environmental and territorial management.
Graduates may hold leading positions in the management and organization of human resources in private companies, employment agencies or consulting firms. They can also access executive roles within public administrations and public or multinational organizations as land managers or sustainability managers for the protection of ecosystems and renewable resources.
The Bachelor of Science in Administration, Organization and Labor Consulting (SAOC), using experiential teaching methods and cutting-edge multimedia content, provides essential interdisciplinary tools of analysis and the necessary skills required to manage and organize human resources and lead public and private administrations, with particular reference to the management of the environment and the territory.

At the end of the course, students will gain an interdisciplinary knowledge and ability to understand the economic-business as well as a skill-set in legal and political-sociological fields required for both human resource and public administration management. More specifically, by the end of the program students will acquire a knowledge in logics, models and tools to represent the functioning of public and private business organizations; models and tools for the functioning of institutional contexts and reference markets of public and private organizations; legal foundations that regulate the functioning of the relevant organizations and institutional contexts; mathematical and statistical methods and tools for economic analysis, representation and solution of decision-making problems.
