The course offers interdisciplinary training to develop skills in work organization and human resource management. The experiential teaching methodology includes classroom lessons, laboratory activities, and company testimonials, thanks to the participation of HR managers and labour consultants.
The Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Organization and Management teaches professionals to work competently in work management and organization, labour law consulting, and public management. Graduates have acquired the ability to combine legal, economic, business, and socio-political knowledge with operational and cross-cutting skills that can be applied in public, private, and third sector work contexts, including at an international level.
Graduates will be able to take on technical, managerial, and consulting roles in three main areas of specialization, corresponding to the professionalization paths of the third year.
The Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Organization and Management (OGRU), using experiential teaching methods and innovative multimedia content, provides the interdisciplinary analytical tools and knowledge necessary for the management and organization of human resources and for the management of public and private administrations.

Governance and Management for the Public Administration.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of the program, students will have acquired interdisciplinary knowledge and skills in the fields of economics, business, law, and sociology, which are essential for working in human resources management and development, labour consulting, and public management. In particular, they will be able to use operational tools for personnel management, understand the evolution of organizational contexts, apply modern management and organizational techniques, and interpret and promote labour, welfare, and sustainability policies in various institutional contexts. Students will develop skills to enhance human capital as a strategic lever and manage resources in value creation processes. In addition, they will become familiar with the legal and economic tools necessary to interpret and resolve decision-making problems in the public and private sectors, including at the local and European levels.

Admission requirements
In order to successfully attend the degree course in “Administration, Organisation and Labour Consultancy Sciences”, students must have a basic knowledge of general culture and skills in:
Internships and Placements
Over the last few years, a series of agreements have been signed with companies and public institutions to give interested students the opportunity to undertake a training internship and test the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies in the field. These include agreements signed with the Order of Labour Consultants of Naples and with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Naples, Torre Annunziata and Nola to allow graduates in Human Resource Organisation and Management to carry out their first six months of professional internship.
In addition, an agreement has been made with the Presidency of the Council of Ministers under which students can carry out internships, exploring the topics of public management, with particular reference to the management and development of public administration employees.
A further agreement has been concluded with the IFEL Foundation of the Campania Region, i.e. the Institute for Finance and Local Economy of Campania.
Final Exam
The final examination, consisting of a written paper, involves an in-depth analysis, including empirical research, of issues addressed during the three-year course.
Students are assisted by a tutor in preparing for the final examination.
Students may begin the process of assigning the topic of the final exam after having earned at least 120 credits as required by the course curriculum.
The procedures for the final exam are set out in the Guidelines for the Regulation of Final Exams and Degree Theses, Master’s Degrees and Single-Cycle Master’s Degrees prepared by the University of Naples “Parthenope”.
The paper is assessed by a committee of lecturers appointed by the Office of the Interdepartmental School of Economics and Law.
A maximum of 4 points can be awarded for the thesis (final exam).
The final degree mark is the result of the base mark, added to the score awarded for the quality of the final exam and the bonus points awarded to the student. The methods for calculating the base mark and bonus points are set out in the Course Regulations. The maximum total score that can be awarded as the sum of the final exam and bonus points is 11 points.
Students who achieve an overall score of 110/110 may be awarded honours.
The graduation ceremony is held every month, except in August.
